Booking deposit summary notes:
To reserve your stay at 18 The Salcombe you will initially pay a balance of 25% of rental fee as a non-refundable deposit for the booking. The remaining balance of rental fees, plus the £750 'security damage deposit' will be invoiced separately either 8 weeks before arrival , or immediately if it is less than 8 weeks before your arrival..

The sum of the 'security damage deposit' will be held p to 14 days following departure. The deposit will be released after inspection of the property and subject to its state and contents being satisfactory. ​
